I have BA in Psychology from Wollo University in June 2012 and MA in Social Psychology from Bahir Dar University in June 2015.

 


Education

I trained stakeholders and researchers from different universities in implementation research designed and funded by Wachemo University and Ethiopian Police University in ‘Grant Proposal Writing and Research Ethics’. Besides my research trainings, I had taken in-service trainings on some technical procedures like higher diploma program (HDP) and Cisco network academy certificate in Wachemo University. Some more supportive training includes quantitative and qualitative data organization, entry and analysis using statistical software such as SPSS. 


Experience In

I have more than 6-year’s professional experience in teaching and learning core processes and writing research papers.   A former instructor at the Wachemo University from November 2016- May 2021 in the Hosanna College of Social Science and Humanities.As a senior lecturer and researcher on major social science problems from May 2021 to now in Ethiopian Technical University in the department of vocational pedagogy.    

I also taught a course called Psychology, Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, Community Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Sport Psychology, and Contemporary Issues in Psychology which is related to my proposed Ph.D. Project for students of various Psychology disciplines including undergraduate and postgraduate Wachemo University in the Department of Psychology from 2016 to 2021. I have been working at the Ethiopian Technical University in the department of vocational Pedagogy sciences as a senior lecturer and researcher. Extensive experience in design, development, and implementation of different types of projects program monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks. I’m also a peer reviewer in the Global Journal of Psychological Research: New Trends and Issues (http://www.gjpr.eu/) and Global Journal of Guidance and Counseling in Schools: Current Perspectives (http://www.gjgc.eu/).
