Abstract

A growing organization can be seen from the organizational culture and job satisfaction where employees work. These aspects are included in the behavior of employees who support the organization voluntarily and sincerely which is known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The purpose of this study was to determine empirically whether organizational culture and job satisfaction affect employee OCB. This study involved 110 employees. Multiple Regression is used to test the hypothesis in this study. The result of this study indicates that organizational culture and job satisfaction affect OCB with a contribution of 29.6%.
