Abstract

Indonesia is a country with huge E-Commerce market potential. Using E-Commerce in business activities can increase productivity, but its adoption tends to be slow in developing countries. This research aims to analyze how the National Institute Perspective influences the adoption of E-Commerce in fashion SMEs in West Java. The variables in this study include exogenous variables consisting of Perceived Organizational Readiness, Perceived Industry Readiness, Perceived National Readiness, External Environment, and E-Commerce adoption as endogenous variables. This study used 356 respondents. Respondent selection uses a-non probability sampling approach with a convenience sampling-method. Data processing techniques using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The findings demonstrated that the factors of perceived national and organizational preparedness have an impact on E-Commerce adoption.
