Abstract

The study aimed to determine the professional development, financial management practices and teacher performance of elementary teachers. The main tool used was a questionnaire to collect data as part of descriptive-correlation methodology. The study included contributions from eighty-one (81) Sariaya West District school teachers from Cluster 2. The study found that teachers perceptions were Highly Practiced in professional commitment in pedagogic planning, social collaboration, professional commitment and personal management. Similarly, the respondents practices often focus on financial management, including budgeting for professional resources, income diversification strategies, financial stress management, investment, career advancement, and financial planning for work-life balance. The level of teaching performance of the respondents was observed as Outstanding in Classroom Management and Environment, Student Assessment and Academic Progress, Professional Knowledge and Development and Professional Responsibilities and Collaboration. There is no significant relationship between professional development and teacher performance, as well as financial management practices.
