This study aims to investigate the monitoring and evaluation processes in the implementation of project, program, and activities (PPAs) in the school annual improvement plan. The study employed the developmental research design which includes 105 teachers in Candelaria West District, Division of Quezon during the School Year 2024-2025. The A four-part survey questionnaire was utilized to determine and interpret the respondents school profile, monitoring and evaluation of PPAs in AIP in terms of the Key Performance Indicators, school M&E process, and the applicability of the proposed M&E implementation plan guide. The results revealed that the schools Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system is highly implemented in carrying out Projects, Programs, and Activities (PPAs), with consistently high ratings across key indicators. Likewise, the level of implementation of school Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Process is perceived as effective. Moreover, the results indicate a significant positive relationship between the implementation of the schools Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system and the AIP Key Performance Indicators. The proposed M&E implementation plan guide have high applicability in terms of relevance and alignment with school goals, feasibility and usability of the M&E plan, clarity of the M&E plan guide, and impact on program improvement.
