Business Administration (BSBA) graduates from Hinatuan Southern College (HSC) between2018 and 2022. It surveys 135 graduates to assess their employment status, skill adequacy, and satisfaction with Hinatuan Southern College facilities. Findings reveal that the majority of respondents, mostly single females aged 21-24, found jobs within six months after graduation. Graduates demonstrated strong communication and time management skills but expressed the need for improvement in laboratory resources and technical facilities. The study concludes that HSC’s BSBA program effectively prepares students for employment while recommending enhancement in industry collaboration and modernized educational resources.
