Abstract
Occupational well-being among local government officials is upsetting. This study used diagnostic research design to examine the contribution of job demands, job control, and social support as causes of occupational well-being. 190 samples were analyzed using multiple linear regression. 63.5% strong contribution on the criterion was revealed, supporting the Job Demand–Control–Support Model. Explore additional variables generated through qualitative approaches. Strengthen work-life balance at the Local Government level.
