Abstract
Websites play a vital role in digital marketing and student recruitment in higher education, serving as a primary touchpoint for prospective students. This study evaluated the effectiveness of ABC School’s website in Lipa City using the DeLone & McLean IS Success Model, focusing on information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net system benefits. Despite ongoing improvements, results revealed a low recruitment impact, with only 4.76% (SY 2023–2024) and 3.28% (SY 2024–2025) of applicants citing the website as their source. Using a quantitative survey of 119 first-year students, findings showed that information quality and system quality significantly influenced user satisfaction and usage intentions, while user satisfaction strongly predicted net system benefits. The study highlights the need to enhance content, system performance, and mobile responsiveness, and to integrate user-centered features. These improvements aim to strengthen the institution’s digital presence and support Sustainable Development Goal 4 on quality education.
