It also exposes students to fully utilize the tools and menus available in Microsoft Word to achieve an organized writing structure for technical report. The research involved Information Technology (IT) students whose enrolled in an Integrated Project course at Politeknik Ungku Omar. Pre and post assessments, student feedback and evaluation of submitted reports were used to measure the impacts. Findings indicate that students who completed the microcredential demonstrated significant improvements in the quality and consistency of their technical reports. Students reported increased confidence, better understanding of structural requirements, and enhanced skills in presenting technical information clearly and professionally. The study concludes that microcredentials are an effective, scalable method to reinforce writing guidelines and improve student performance in technical report writing.
