Abstract
Poor work performance is alarming. The influence of scholarship services satisfaction and social support on the work performance of graduates was examined. A diagnostic research design was applied. All 155 graduates of the identified school were included. The multiple regression analysis revealed that individually and collectively, the determinants significantly influence the criterion. Thus, the Theory of Planned Behavior was partially supported. Further studies and continued support programs are recommended to enhance graduates performance.
