This study investigates the influence of strategic partnership practices on the performance of elementary school leaders in the City Schools Division of Cabuyao. Strategic partnerships—whether with parents, local communities, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, or private institutions—provide critical support in addressing resource constraints, enhancing instructional quality, and fostering innovation. A descriptive correlational research design was employed in the study, involving 447 elementary teachers from various schools during the 2025-2026 school year. A researcher developed a questionnaire and from DepEd SBM Indicator to collect the data. Findings reveal that leaders who actively cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships demonstrate stronger competencies in instructional supervision, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management. Partnerships were shown to enhance decision-making processes, build trust among stakeholders, and increase leaders’ adaptability in responding to challenges such as curriculum reforms, resource shortages, and community expectations. Moreover, the study highlights that those partnerships contribute to sustainable school development by aligning external support with internal priorities, thereby reinforcing the resilience and responsiveness of school leadership.
