Abstract

Professional well-being among teachers is increasingly challenged. The effects of resilience, innovative teaching strategies, and inclusive practices on professional well-being were examined. Through a predictive design, data from 150 public school teachers were analyzed using regression analysis. It was found that innovative teaching strategies and inclusive practices have significant positive effects, with inclusive practices showing the strongest influence, while resilience is positive but non-significant. These findings partially support Self-Determination Theory. Future research may include teacher performance or student outcomes, qualitative exploration, and further instrument validation.
