Abstract
The growing importance of data as a strategic asset has fundamentally transformed how organizations create, sustain, and expand competitive advantage. Traditional management frameworks relied heavily on experience-based decision-making, historical performance evaluation, and periodic strategic planning processes. However, advances in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, business intelligence platforms, and digital ecosystems have introduced a new generation of Strategic Intelligence Systems capable of continuously transforming data into actionable organizational insight. This article explores how strategic intelligence systems are redefining competitive advantage in modern organizations by enhancing decision quality, accelerating strategic adaptation, improving operational alignment, and enabling predictive business management. The study examines the evolution of intelligence-driven organizations, the integration of AI-powered decision architectures, organizational learning systems, and future competitive models within data-centric business environments.
