Abstract

This study is conducted in the manufacturing sector located in Calabarzon Batangas, where organizations and managers are increasingly concerned about low productivity output in the company XYZ. Organizations continue to face challenges in improving employee productivity despite implementing various action plans and strategies. Addressing this issue is crucial, as employee productivity directly affects the company’s financial health and competitive advantage. The objective of this research is to examine the effect of work environment factors such as safe work environment, adequate workload, and supervisor support on employee productivity in the manufacturing sector. The research methodology used in this study is quantitative. Employees of a selected manufacturing company will be given a structured questionnaire to complete in order to gather primary data. 150 employees were chosen through random sampling. Multiple regression analysis and correlation will be used to analyze the data in order to assess at the relationships between the research variables. This methodological technique guarantees the research's academic rigor and viability. By analyzing how safe work environment, adequate workload, and supervisor support effect worker productivity in the manufacturing industry, this study provides both academic and practical applications. The findings will help managers and organizations in implementing workplace improvements that increase worker well-being and productivity, ultimately leading to higher operational efficiency and sustainable business performance.
