Abstract

The results of this study strengthen and develop Hayden's theory of consciousness leadership, namely, leaders are able to maintain awareness of thoughts, feelings, and experiences to achieve a goal. So awareness leadership from the principal will be able to be carried out when planning local cultural programs for students is seen based on their awareness activities in the form of habituation of smiles, greetings, greetings, courtesy, and extracurricular teaching.
