With the integration of the English language with Chinese culture, all aspects of the English language have a variant of Chinese characteristics, and although it has not yet become an institutionalized English variant, it has been developing. This article discusses the origin of Chinese English variants, and analyzes the rationality and development direction of English variant in China from the ecological perspectives of “biological information transmission and language communication”, “competitive and cooperative coevolution” and “stability and mutagenicity”, so as to reveal the cultural confidence contained in them.
