The study aimed to assess three important variables: school principals supervision, school culture and school success. Using the descriptive research design, the researcher sought the participation of the 200 public school teachers in Pagbilao District I to answer the survey questionnaire as the research tool. The study revealed that teachers in the Pagbilao District I are primarily females in their mid-20s, many of whom are married. However, based on their years of experience, they can also be classified as experienced teachers, with some earning units in a masters degree program. The school heads are at a very satisfactory level in their school supervision. School culture was also found to be highly observed, indicating that school heads demonstrate good and observable practices in building a positive school culture. School success, considered the key indicator of a schools performance, was likewise rated at a very satisfactory level. The findings showed a strong and significant relationship between school heads supervision and school culture.           Moreover, the test for the relationship between supervision and success. The data indicated that there is a significant relationship between the school heads supervision and school success. Therefore, the null hypothesis is not sustained. Lastly, the data revealed that school culture serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between the school heads supervision and school success. The hypothesis, likewise, is not sustained.
